Cupping is one of the best deep-tissue therapies available. This is especially great for those who cannot tolorate deep pressure. Stagnation can be released, blockages can be cleared, and veins and arteries can be refreshed within these four inches of affected layers. By creating suction and negative pressure, Deep Tissue Cupping is used to soften tight muscles and tone attachments, loosen adhesions and lift connective tissue, bringing hydration and blood flow to body tissues.
This therapy moves deep inflammation to the skin surface for release, drains excess fluids by opening lymphatic pathways, and relaxes the parasympathetic nervous system. For these and many other reasons, this is my preferred and strongly suggested method for Deep Tissue Therapy. Session can include both moving and fixed cupping techniques.
